The OIIE™ specifications are an outgrowth of the OpenO&M Initiative which has been collaboratively developed by members of the initiative. Early R&D stages were documented on the MIMOSA website but are now being migrated here. The OIIE specification is the basis for the ISO 18101 series of standards.
